10 minutes before my first anesthesia. A new ventilator. New software.
Even my supervising physician wasn't fully familiar with it.

That moment started everything.

Two founders. One problem. One mission.

Laurin — aspiring physician, paramedic, PhD candidate in angiology at
Heidelberg. He knows what happens when device training fails — not in
theory, but at 2am on a night shift. He speaks the language of
clinicians, product managers and MedTech executives alike.

Lukas — 25+ years in software. Founded a SaaS company in 2009,
bootstrapped it for 13 years, successful exit in 2022. He builds the
AI pipeline, the platform architecture, and everything under the hood.

Together: the clinical perspective meets proven engineering.
That's fracto.

We turn product documentation into ready-to-use, multilingual e-learning
courses — AI-powered, in 30 minutes instead of 4 weeks. MedTech
manufacturers get their own branded training academy. Clinical staff
gets an AI assistant directly at the device, via QR code.

The result: 61% cost reduction vs. traditional methods. Used by
manufacturers across Europe, China, the Philippines and the Middle
East — same budget, 4–5× more markets reached.

Every medical device deserves a QR code that leads to an AI assistant.
We start with product training — but we're building for more.
