Barbara Pickup

Barbara Pickup is the current COO at Fracture ID. Barbara has held various positions at the company since 2015, including VP Operations and VP Business Development. Prior to their work at Fracture ID, they worked as a geologist for WPX Energy in the San Juan Basin Asset and Piceance Basin Asset development teams. Barbara is an expert witness at State of New Mexico oil and gas legal hearings and has been responsible for geologic operations including geologic mapping/correlating, wellsite selection, permitting liaison, target identification, wellbore trajectory and placement, overseeing wellsite geosteering personnel, logging and coring design, wellsite operations, petrophysical log analyses, OOIP and OGIP volumetric determinations, perforation recommendations, etc.

Barbara Pickup has a Master of Science in Geology from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor in Science-Business from the University of Notre Dame.
