Jayson Hurst

Jayson Hurst is an accomplished engineer and leader with extensive experience in product development and community building. As the Founding Engineer at Fragile since January 2023, Jayson has contributed to transforming premium products into a recurring revenue model. Previously, Jayson served as the Executive Director of Startup Shell, a startup accelerator recognized for its significant venture value, and as the Director of Community at Qualtrics in 2022. Jayson also has software engineering experience from Leidos and the University of Maryland, where involvement in the Bento project led to a publication in ACM SIGCOMM 2021. Jayson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
