Amy Nice is an immigration law and policy expert with extensive experience in both private practice and federal policy-making. They served as the Executive Director of Immigration Policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from 2010 to 2015 and most recently led the STEM immigration policy portfolio at the White House. Currently, Amy holds positions as a Distinguished Immigration Fellow at Cornell University, a Long-Term Visitor at RAND, and a Co-Director of the Talent Mobility Fund. They are the recipient of the 2023 Lowenstein award for advancing immigration law practice in the United States and have a robust background in legal analysis and policy reform related to the immigration system. Amy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Medieval History from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.
