Daniel Pierce

Daniel Pierce is a Partner at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, where they are a member of the Government Strategies and Compliance Group. In this role, Daniel develops and implements strategies to address complex immigration challenges for corporate and individual clients, including federal litigation against U.S. immigration agencies. Previously, Daniel served as an Associate at Fragomen and Williams & Connolly LLP, focusing on legal questions related to extradition and asylum. Daniel holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Linguistics and Spanish from Vanderbilt University.
