Deon Barnard

Deon Barnard is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in change management, workplace transformation, and training. Currently serving as the Lead Change Management Consultant at Fragomen since January 2026, Deon previously held the position of Head of Transformation at LHC Procurement Group, where oversight of the Project Management Office was critical to enhancing organizational efficiency. Deon's career also includes roles as a Communications/Training Specialist at EOH, where focus was placed on motivating teams through change, as well as experience in training design and delivery with Learning Strategies and All Change People Development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Social Science in Psychology from SACAP, along with a practical diploma in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Covenant College.
