Matthew Wall has diverse work experience in the field of IT support and service delivery. Matthew worked at Fragomen from 2017, initially as a Network Administrator and later as a Service Delivery Manager and a Senior Manager of Service Delivery. In August 2021, they were promoted to the role of Director of IT Support. In 2022, they joined Omnicell as the Director of IT User Experience. Prior to that, they were with URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, from 2005 to 2015, where they held various roles including Network Administrator, Division DR\\BC Lead, and Service Delivery Manager. Before that, they worked as an Associate Director of Client Service and Support at K&L Gates from 2015 to 2017.
Matthew Wall holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, which they obtained from Kaplan University between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Pittsburgh Technical College between 2001 and 2003. In addition to their degrees, Matthew Wall has also obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Lean Sigma Corporation in October 2020, and ITIL Foundations V3 from Loyalist Certification Services in December 2013.
