Tracy Dejoy

Tracy DeJoy has over 20 years of work experience in the field of immigration law. Tracy started their career as an Immigration Paralegal at Iandoli & Associates from June 1997 to September 2001. In this role, they were responsible for daily case preparation and acted as the primary legal team contact for clients.

In 2001, Tracy joined Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy. Tracy started as an Immigration Paralegal and was promoted to Supervising Paralegal in July 2005. As a Supervising Paralegal, Tracy managed a large client base and was in charge of supervising a team of Paralegals and Administrative Assistants. Tracy also provided guidance and mentorship to the team and was responsible for case management for over 2,000 foreign nationals across 100 clients.

In July 2012, Tracy was promoted to the role of Client Services Manager at Fragomen. In this role, they managed high-level client relationships and served as the primary legal team contact for clients. Tracy also provided management, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Senior Paralegals, Paralegals, and Assistant Paralegals. Tracy was responsible for case management of over 5,000 foreign nationals across 125 clients.

Tracy's most recent role at Fragomen was as a Special Projects Director, which they started in May 2017. In this role, Tracy performed high-level tasks and ad hoc projects to ensure the office of over 250 attorneys, paraprofessionals, and staff ran efficiently and maintained profitability. Tracy also managed local financial processes and worked with the firm's Finance Department to implement initiatives to streamline processes. Tracy utilized their extensive legal knowledge to review processes and ensure proper billing.

Throughout their career, Tracy DeJoy has demonstrated their expertise in the field of immigration law, as well as their ability to manage teams and provide high-level client service.

Tracy DeJoy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. This educational journey stretched from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, Tracy pursued a comprehensive paralegal certificate with ABA approval from Bentley University, which took place in 1994.
