John Brummel has a diverse work experience that includes their current role as the Director of Engineering at FRALOCK, where they have been employed since 2003. John started at FRALOCK as a Mechanical Engineer in 2003 and later became the Engineering Manager in 2007. In their current position, they are responsible for implementing cost-saving measures, ensuring product quality and safety, and analyzing performance data. John also leads the design and development of engineering and manufacturing projects for high reliability markets. John has experience in fast-paced environments, managing a range of products from low to high volume. Prior to joining FRALOCK, they worked as a White Water Rafting Guide at Class VI River Rafting and Timberline Tours in 2002 and was a Field Technician at SEECO CONSULTANTS, INC. in 2001. John also had internships as a Quality Control Intern at Anixter in 2000 and a Lean Manufacturing Intern at Ingersoll Rand/Blaw-Knox in 1999. Additionally, they were an Adult Leader/Canoeing Guide at Northern Tier National High Adventure Camp- Boy Scouts of America in 1999.
John Brummel attended Eastern Illinois University from 1996 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Business Management.
