The firm was originally founded in 1988 as Lindmark Welinder.  In 2023 we transitioned to Fram, meaning “forward” in Swedish.

Simply put, we offer a combination of expertise in commercial contract law with specialties in a number of legal areas of practice and industries. Our main areas of practice include dispute resolution, corporate law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), employment law, public procurement, foundations and private legal.
