Bayan Rafeh

Bayan Rafeh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the nuclear industry, currently serving as Director Global New Business at Framatome since October 2017. Rafeh's notable roles at Framatome include Director of New Business for EMEA, VP of Sales for Central and Eastern Europe, and a member of the Board of Directors for Framatome kft. Prior to Framatome, Rafeh held various positions at AREVA N.P., including founding member of the Innovation Management Committee and Head of Business Incubation, where leadership extended to managing international projects with significant financial volumes. Rafeh's career also includes experience in key account management at ISB Steel and internships in sales management and supply chain management with Alfa Romeo and Siemens, respectively. Rafeh holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut and multiple management excellence certificates from Harvard Business School, in addition to a graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of London and studies in Strategic Management, Finance, and Marketing at Georg Simon Ohm University of Applied Sciences.
