Benjamin Marquez

Benjamin Marquez is an experienced professional in operational excellence and digital transformation, currently serving as Senior Manager for Operational Excellence, Performance & Digital Transformation at Framatome since November 2022. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various key positions at Alstom from June 2009 to November 2022, including Product Line Leader for the Alstom Performance System and Process & Continuous Improvement Manager. Benjamin was instrumental in managing Lean deployment across multiple locations, overseeing a workforce of 13,000, and facilitating workshops and training in various departments.
