Jerald Daniel

Jerald Daniel is an experienced engineer currently working as a Component Analysis Engineer at Framatome since October 2023, focusing on reactor internals-related analyses for the installed power business. Prior to this role, Jerald served as a Principal Seismic and Dynamic Engineer at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy from August 2018 to October 2023, where technical leadership was provided for seismic and dynamic projects supporting new plant developments and the Boiling Water Reactor fleet. Earlier experience includes work as a Reactor Internals Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company, where dynamic analyses and thermal-hydraulic performance assessments were conducted, as well as roles as a Mechanical Engineer focused on pipe supports design. Jerald began his career as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center, modeling automotive brake designs. Jerald holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
