Michael Harkin

Michael Harkin, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the R&D Program Manager at Framatome, where responsibilities include managing the DOE Contract for the Accident Tolerant Fuel program. Previously, Michael spent over 19 years as President of FeO Inc., a DoD-contracting small business with operations across multiple continents, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget. Prior military experience includes serving as a Captain in the US Marine Corps, where leadership involved managing communications for the first Anti-Terrorism Battalion, and as a Communications Chief in the US Army, recognized with multiple awards, including Soldier of the Year. Michael's educational background includes an MBA from Regent University and executive education from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan and Harvard Business School.
