Michael Hill

Michael Hill is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly within the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Framatome since January 2022, Michael previously held the role of General Counsel at Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group from July 2016 to December 2021, and at EDF from December 2011 to December 2021. Michael was also Director at Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC from June 2017 to August 2021. Earlier in Michael's career, positions at Baker Botts included Special Counsel and Associate from October 2001 to November 2011, and an Environmental Scientist role at General Physics from 1994 to 1998. Michael holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from The Johns Hopkins University, and an undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.
