Robert Sears is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the nuclear industry. Currently serving as the Reload Licensing and Operations Support Supervisor at Framatome since September 2023, Sears previously held various roles at Southern Nuclear from March 2016 to September 2023, including Reactor Engineering Supervisor. At Westinghouse Electric Company from 2004 to 2015, Sears made significant contributions as a Product and Plant Licensing Engineer and New Reactor Technology Engineer, where responsibilities included developing fuel performance procedures for the advanced AP1000 PWR and mentoring engineers. Sears holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
