Sandra Tapia

Sandra Tapia is an Operational Excellence Leader with over 25 years of experience in nuclear, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Leader at Framatome, Sandra employs Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive on-site improvements. Previously, Sandra spent nearly eleven years at BWX Technologies, where they advanced from Enhanced Supplier Oversight Engineer to Quality Assurance Unit Manager. Earlier roles included significant positions at Babcock & Wilcox and YKK, where Sandra implemented quality systems and drove process improvements. Sandra is pursuing a Master’s degree at The University of Arizona Global Campus, further enhancing their expertise in operational excellence.
