Soline Roberget

Soline Roberget is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Responsable RH at Framatome since June 2016, overseeing human resources for an industrial site of around 300 employees in the metallurgy sector. Responsibilities include defining and deploying HR strategy, managing an HR team, and fostering social relations with the CSE. Previously, Soline managed HR for industrial operations, supporting 400 employees and focusing on various HR processes such as labor law, training planning, recruitment, career management, and compensation. Earlier experience includes a role as Chargé de développement RH, overseeing internal and external recruitment and developing school and organizational relationships. Prior to Framatome, Soline worked as Chargé de recrutement at Randstad Sourceright for clients such as EDF and Sanofi. Soline holds a Master 2 degree in Sociology from Université Bourgogne Europe.
