Thomas Millet currently serves as Chief Technical Officer and Project Manager in Engineering at Framatome since July 2007, overseeing projects related to process and safety, including the EPR Flamanville. Prior roles at Framatome include Physics Tests Engineer, supervising physics tests for the OL3 project in Finland and conducting tests internationally. Previously, during tenure at AREVA NP from July 2011 to March 2017, Thomas worked as Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader in core design and safety for the EPR Flamanville project, as well as serving as a Nuclear Engineer responsible for project oversight and client relations. Academically, Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Theoretical Physics from École normale supérieure de Lyon and a PhD in Particle Physics from Université de Lyon, with prior experience as a part-time teacher and research trainee at UC Berkeley.
