Tom Marshall

Tom Marshall is an experienced training and development professional with a focus on instructional technology in various sectors, including nuclear services, non-profit volunteer management, and education. Currently serving as the Nuclear Services Technical Training Manager at Framatome, Tom has innovated eLearning solutions and enhanced peer-to-peer learning through digital transformations. Previous roles include managing training initiatives for 9,000 volunteers at Samaritan's Purse and leading the training program for the Babcock & Wilcox mPower project. Tom has also worked as a training specialist at AREVA NP, where advanced multimedia instructional methods were developed, and as an English Department Chair at Lynchburg City Schools, where new classroom technologies were integrated. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Lynchburg.
