Tom Marshall is an experienced training and development professional with a focus on instructional technology in various sectors, including nuclear services, non-profit volunteer management, and education. Currently serving as the Nuclear Services Technical Training Manager at Framatome, Tom has innovated eLearning solutions and enhanced peer-to-peer learning through digital transformations. Previous roles include managing training initiatives for 9,000 volunteers at Samaritan's Purse and leading the training program for the Babcock & Wilcox mPower project.
