Victor Baisnee is currently an Ingénieur Facteurs Organisationnels et Humains at Framatome, where they study and analyze work situations in the nuclear domain to enhance safety and reliability. Previously, they served as a Consultant Facteurs Organisationnels et Humains for EDF at the Flamanville Nuclear Power Plant, focusing on human error risks in relation to safety and security. Victor has also gained experience as an Ergonome de santé au travail at the CHU de Caen Normandie and worked as an Animateur in leisure centers since 2016. They are completing their Master’s degree in ergonomics from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
