Vincent Léger

Vincent LAMELOISE is an experienced HR project manager currently serving as Chargé de projets RH and Coordinateur projet for the deployment of a new collective bargaining agreement at Orano since 2022. Previously, Vincent held a position at Leem where responsibilities included studying career opportunities for young industrial pharmacists and participating in the School of Therapeutic Innovation in 2016. At Sanofi, from October 2014 to October 2015, Vincent contributed to the drafting and implementation of the 2015-2017 Group GPEC agreement, developed job descriptions, and updated job classifications related to employability and mobility.
