Stephen Gamble has over 30 years of professional experience. Stephen began their career in 1983 as an EngineeringTechologist at Exxon. Stephen then moved on to Marusa Marketing as a Business Development and Marketing Manager in 1987. In 1991, they became the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Bear Stearns for IT Trading Applications and Clearing Services. In 1996, they joined Interworld as Director of Marketing and Alliances, where they were responsible for ensuring that all communications forms for an ecommerce software development company were consistently and effectively representing the company's corporate philosophy and its products and services. Stephen also managed several marketing functions and oversaw large scale communications projects. In 1999, they joined Miradiant (JP Morgan LabMorgan) as VP Marketing and Business Development, which was later sold to BankOne. In 2001, they became CMO & EVP Worldwide Sales at GlobalServe. Stephen then joined TheLadders.com as VP Marketing & Alliances in 2008. Most recently, in 2010, they founded and became CEO of Frame Concepts.

Stephen Gamble attended Lambton College from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a MET in Engineering. Stephen then went on to the University of Waterloo from 1984 to 1986, where they earned a BA. Finally, they attended Western University from 1986 to 1987 and obtained an MA.
