Frame Story is a collaborative game studio that empowers small teams to fully own and launch their games through a
shared operational backbone.

At the core is Side Quest Games, a collective of creative pods (semi-autonomous game teams) that develop titles under a shared umbrella. Frame Story handles the backend, legal, finance, publishing, fundraising, and launch planning, so creators can focus on making great games.

Our model: 70% of net revenue goes directly to contributors. We retain 30% for operations and reinvestment into the next game.

Our mission: Build artistically rich and emotionally resonant games through a distributed, equitable production model focused on creative autonomy and sustainability.

Our first title: Cluck, a 3D atmospheric puzzle-platformer inspired by Little Nightmares and Inside. A chicken
escaping a nightmarish slaughterhouse through stealth, puzzles, and atmospheric horror.

Founded by Anthony Perez Alfaro (Creative Director), Adam Marks (Director of Operations), and Jon Martin (Director of Product).
