Koen Rouwhorst

Koen Rouwhorst has over 10 years of work experience in the field of information security and software engineering. In 2009, they began their career as a Junior Developer and Intern Developer at Amercom. In 2010, they interned at wehkamp.nl and worked as a Graduate Intern Developer at Citrix Systems. In 2011, they worked as a Software Engineer at Service2Media and in 2012, they worked as a Student Partner at Microsoft. In 2014, they became the first security hire at Blendle as a Security Engineer and in 2018, they worked as an Information Security Advisor at Privesc. In 2019, they joined Framer as Head of Security and Security Engineer.

Koen Rouwhorst received their MSc in Computer Science from the University of Twente in 2013. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor of ICT in Information Sciences from Windesheim in 2011.
