Daniela Tjeder has extensive work experience in various marketing roles. Daniela began their career in 2006 as a Student Co-Worker at Mars, where they gained experience in office administration, consumer service, and marketing tasks. Daniela then worked as a Marketing Assistant at Aktia Kortti & Rahoitus, where they were responsible for copywriting and organizing internal marketing.

Tjeder later joined Hartwall as a Brand Manager, where they successfully grew the Sol brand by 175% and took over the responsibility for the Heineken brand. Daniela then moved to Unilever as a Nordic Senior Brand Manager, where they led the deodorants category in the Nordics and executed media plans and brand activations.

In 2015, Tjeder joined Suunto as a Global Brand Manager, responsible for creating global marketing assets and implementing go-to-market strategies for the Suunto Spartan Family. Daniela later became a Global Commercial Marketing Manager, improving the go-to-market toolkit rating and exceeding sales targets with the launch of Suunto Spartan Trainer.

Tjeder then joined Framery Acoustics as a CMO, where they drove profitable growth and built a well-performing marketing team. Daniela implemented a digital marketing strategy and achieved a 350% increase in leads. Daniela also led the successful launch of Framery One during the pandemic.

In addition to their marketing roles, Tjeder has also served as a committee member for the Football Association of Finland and a board member for Badminton Management Oy, organizing the 2023 Arctic Open.

Daniela Tjeder holds a M.Sc. in Marketing from Hanken School of Economics, which they earned from 2004 to 2009. In 2008, they also completed a M.Sc. in Marketing at EDHEC Business School. Additionally, in 2005, they attended Barry University to study Marketing, but did not obtain a degree.
