Trent Pancy

Trent Pancy has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2022. Trent began their career as a performer and intern at The Second City in Chicago. Trent then worked as a producer's assistant and project manager at Mindtrek Conference in 2012. In the same year, they founded the Finland International Improv Festival and served as its founder, artistic director, and executive producer. In 2015, Trent became a creative strategist and consultant. From 2010 onwards, they worked as a professional actor, specializing in voiceovers and acting in commercials and short films. Additionally, Trent founded and directed YesFinland, an improv company based in Tampere, where they provided improv training and corporate training services. In 2020, they became a partner and communications lead at IMPROV Communication. Most recently, Trent joined Framery Acoustics in 2022 as a creative marketing lead.

Trent Pancy holds a Master's Degree in Screenwriting from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Trent also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Media Programme from the same institution, graduating in 2015. Prior to their studies in Finland, Trent received a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts - Liberal Arts from Kalamazoo College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
