Vasant Navati is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in the Oil and Gas, CCUS, Bio-Gas, Green Hydrogen, and other green energy sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Engineering at Frames since January 2015, Vasant has successfully transformed a back office drafting setup into a fully functional global engineering division and has driven operational profitability since 2016-17. Prior to this role, Vasant held the position of Head of Department and Manager of Engineering for Oil and Gas Fired Boilers and Heaters at Thermax Limited from April 2001 to December 2014, leading a team of 26 and establishing three dedicated engineering franchises. Vasant began a career as an Application Engineer at Three M Boilers Pvt. Ltd. and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from B V B College of Engineering & Technology, Hubli.
