Andrew Draper is an accomplished professional in the VFX industry, currently serving as the Department Manager for Pre-Production at Framestore since August 2017. With a strong focus on leadership and team management, Andrew has successfully embedded a new division within the company, overseeing a team of over 100 artists and ensuring effective staffing and support across multiple projects. Prior experience at Framestore includes leadership roles in Production Management and Resource Management, where Andrew contributed to the successful delivery of major film projects such as "His Dark Materials," "Wonder Woman 1984," and "Spider-Man: Far From Home." Andrew's career also includes a stint at Industrial Light & Magic as a Production Coordinator, where responsibilities involved coordinating VFX deliveries for high-profile films like "Doctor Strange" and "Ready Player One." A graduate of The University of Salford, Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media & Performance.
