Benjamin Cheong

Benjamin Cheong is a seasoned animation professional currently serving as Lead Animator at Framestore since July 2024. Previously, Benjamin held the same position at Jellyfish Pictures from September 2022 to July 2024, and at Framestore from January 2014 to August 2022, contributing to notable projects such as "Tom & Jerry" (2021), "A Boy Called Christmas" (2020), and "The Little Mermaid" (2023). Benjamin was also a Senior Animator for "Christopher Robin" (2018), as well as participating in major films like "Alita: Battle Angel" (2018) and "Detective Pikachu" (2019). Benjamin's earlier career included work as an Animator on various projects from 2014 to 2017 and began at Rhythm & Hues in Malaysia from 2010 to 2013. Benjamin holds a Diploma in Digital Animation from The One Academy, which was completed in 2010, and attended SMK Seafield from 2002 to 2006.
