James King is an accomplished animation professional with extensive experience in the film industry. Currently serving as an Animation Supervisor at Framestore since September 2017, James has contributed to notable projects such as "How to Train Your Dragon," "Guardians of the Galaxy III," and "Paddington in Peru." In addition, James has held the position of Associate Animation Supervisor on "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" and has performed as Lead Animator on films including "The Suicide Squad" and "Spider-Man: Far From Home." Prior to Framestore, James worked at Industrial Light & Magic, where significant contributions included work on films like "Ready Player One" and "Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi." James also mentors emerging animators at Animation Mentor and holds a Master’s degree in Animation from Sheffield Hallam University.
