James Ward is a seasoned animator with extensive experience in the animation industry, currently serving as a Senior Animator at Framestore since February 2022. Prior to this, James spent six years at Sony Pictures Imageworks, contributing as a Senior Animator on projects such as the new Smurfs and Alice: Through the Looking Glass. James has also held animation roles at Sony Computer Entertainment America, Reel FX, and Plow Digital, along with a teaching position as a Character Animation Instructor at the Art Institute of Indianapolis. James's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in New Media from Indiana University Indianapolis and an Advanced Character Animation degree from AnimationMentor.com, completed in 2009.
