Jess Kim is a skilled compositor with a strong background in visual effects and animation. Currently employed at Framestore since July 2022, Jess previously held the position of lead compositor at Illuminarium Experiences from July 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a junior compositor and stitch supervisor at RadicalMedia LLC from January 2020 to July 2021, and as a compositor intern. While pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Animation and Visual Effects at the School of Visual Arts from August 2016 to May 2020, Jess co-founded and served as president of the VFX club, worked as a teacher assistant, and mentored fellow students in MARS, a computer art mentoring initiative.
