John Montefusco

John Montefusco is an accomplished Head Of CG at Framestore, with a robust career spanning over a decade in the visual effects and computer graphics industry. Since December 2019, John has been leading teams and collaborating with directors and clients to deliver exceptional results, following a tenure as a CG Supervisor and CG Lead at The Mill. Previous roles include Senior Groom / Creature FX Technical Director at Framestore, where responsibilities encompassed creating high-quality grooms and supporting teams in technical animation and creature effects. John's career also includes instructional roles at the School of Visual Arts and the Institute of Digital Design, as well as extensive freelance experience in lighting and look development. John holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
