Manon Dave

Manon Dave has a diverse work experience. They currently hold the position of Chief Product & Creative Officer at Mindvalley since October 2022. They have previously worked as a Chief Product Officer at Sound Drive starting from February 2023. They have also held the role of Creative Technology Director at Framestore from August 2019. Additionally, they have co-founded Middle8 in January 2024 and served as a Producer / Composer / Songwriter at Universal Music Publishing Group since December 2020. Manon has also founded Shiyani in February 2018 and worked as an Artistic Director at Culture3 starting from May 2023. They have also acquired experience as a Non Executive Board Member at Music Industries Association from June 2021, a Board Trustee at EASTSIDE YOUNG LEADERS ACADEMY since January 2022, and as Co-Founder & CPO at SSTM since June 2020.

Manon Dave attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from 2019 to 2020, studying Artificial Intelligence. Before that, Manon completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing with Business Management from Kingston University, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Manon also holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), obtained in 2014 and 2011 respectively, from the Scrum Alliance.
