Manuel Gamito

Manuel Gamito is a Principal Software Developer at Framestore, specializing in photorealistic image synthesis. With over twenty years of experience in Computer Graphics, they began their career as a student intern at INESC in 1988, while also pursuing undergraduate studies at IST. Manuel has conducted extensive research, completing a BSc in Electrical Engineering in 1992, an MSc in 1996, and a PhD focused on procedural models in 2008. Throughout their career, they have contributed to significant projects and publications in the field, working with various companies, including Thomson Digital Image and Lightwork Design.
