Carolina Gibbs is the founder of CAG Solutions, Inc., where they provide job-embedded coaching and consulting in educational settings, particularly focusing on Language Enriched Instruction and bilingual education. They have previously served as a Director of Curriculum for East Maine School District 63, a Principal in Community Consolidated School District 62, and a Lead Consultant for Pearson, leading professional development initiatives across multiple schools. Carolina has also worked as an adjunct professor at Northern Illinois University and Loyola University Chicago, teaching graduate-level courses on English Language Learners (ELL) and assessment methodologies. Currently, they are involved as a Bilingual Educational Specialist and Coach at Catapult Learning while continuing to promote educational excellence through their consulting firm.
