Mike Ostman

Mike Ostman is an accomplished Event Manager with extensive experience in various roles within the sports and recreation industry. Currently, Mike manages national event builds and logistics for USA Weightlifting at Framework Events, while also overseeing corporate partnerships and on-site activations. Previous positions include serving as a Crossfit Level-1 Trainer, Licensed Realtor, and Director of Recreation at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, where Mike developed recreational programming and managed significant budgets. Mike's earlier roles involved coordinating sport clubs and intramurals at institutions such as The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Ithaca College, demonstrating a strong background in program management and community engagement. Mike holds a Master's of Arts in Sport and Athletic Administration from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
