Director of Sales at Framework IT

Olivia Anderson has worked in a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2020, they were the Director of Sales, Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Business Development Representative at Framework IT. In this role, they collaborated with leadership and outside consultants to build a scalable Sales Process, Ideal Client Profile, and Key Persona Canvasses, as well as developed a Library of Sales Language (scripts, templates, snippets) for the Sales Team to use. In 2019, they were a Legal Intern at Instituto Interamericano de Derechos Humanos, where they conducted extensive qualitative and quantitative research into barriers Nicaraguan refugees face when seeking asylum in Costa Rica, and drafted hundreds of strategic litigation documents aimed to advocate for alleviating governmental asylum barriers for Nicaraguan refugees. In 2018, they were a Program Coordinator at Terra Education, Inc., where they recruited, hired, and trained instructors for 53 courses across 7 campus locations, and an Extramural Contributor at Council on Hemispheric Affairs, where they researched, authored, and edited articles about current affairs in Latin America for COHA’s website and the bi-weekly publication the Washington Report on the Hemisphere (WRH).

Olivia Anderson began their education in 2014 when they attended Simpson College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Applied Philosophy, with minors in Spanish and Public Relations. In 2016, they attended Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Olivia then attended Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2018 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. In addition to their degrees, Olivia has obtained several certifications, including a Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l in 2022, an Employee Development Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l in 2022, a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Management and Strategy Institute in 2020, a Hubspot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot Academy in 2020, and an Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy in 2020.
