Lonnie McRorey

Lonnie McRorey has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2012, they worked as a North America Solutions R&D at FDV Solutions until January 2014.

From January 2014 to April 2015, they served as a Digital Enterprise Research Lead at Unosquare, where they evaluated engineering services and identified gaps in operations and HR, resulting in aligning over 3M USD in ARR.

From April 2015 to June 2017, they worked at ArkusNexus as a Certified Scrum Product Owner, providing advisory, analysis, and strategic guidance for the tech ecosystem R&D.

In 2017, Lonnie McRorey co-founded Framework Science, a company disrupting the Nearshore Software Staff Augmentation Industry using AI and Fintech. As the Co-Founder and CEO, they helped startups and businesses build, manage, monitor, and foster technology teams. Lonnie also contributed to bridging the gap between product management and engineering.

In 2020, they co-founded TeamStation AI, a turnkey Nearshore IT Workforce solution with AI and Fintech capabilities. As the Co-Founder and CEO, they provided indefinitely scalable and payments-enabled workforce solutions using Human-Centered AI.

Lonnie McRorey has also been involved in several other ventures and memberships, including being an investor at Otomo since January 2022, a writing contributor at Entrepreneur Media since April 2022, a member of 7CTOs since July 2020, a member of the World Economic Forum since December 2020, and a member and expert panel contributor at Forbes Technology Council from June 2020 to April 2022.

Lonnie McRorey has a strong educational background. They obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Temple University. Additionally, they have a Diploma from West Perry Senior High School, where they studied academic subjects. They also earned a Highschool Degree in Social Sciences from East Pennsboro Area Senior High School. Lonnie McRorey has also acquired several certifications, including "Enhancing Team Innovation" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "Creating a Product-Centric Organization" from LinkedIn in April 2019, and "Certified Scrum Product Owner" from the International Scrum Institute™ in April 2017.
