Adila Lai is the Global Supply Manager at Framework. Adila has over 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Prior to their current role, they were the NPI Global Material Manager at Google and the Strategic Procurement Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Adila is responsible for sourcing ODM/OEM services from industry EMS leaders in order to build servers. Adila also leads complex supply chain category, including data and industry analysis, and interacts with senior managers to understand and translate business priorities into supply chain strategies. Additionally, they oversee supplier selection, drives supplier base optimization, negotiates contracts with complex suppliers, and manages day-to-day supplier activities, partnering on minor strategic development.

Adila’s accomplishments include generating cost savings of $889K and tooling cost savings of $630K while reducing logistics lead time from 6 weeks to 5 days by developing supply chain deployment model with regional vendor footprint (designed in Asia, produced in the Americas), representing the first time in the Server Business Group. Adila has also fostered relationships with new contract manufacturing partners and suppliers; influenced suppliers in different regions, as well as competitors, to collaborate on various activities. Additionally, they created assurance of supply processes and a dashboard that provided sustaining procurement managers with the tools necessary for seamless program management.

Adila Lai holds a LEAD Certificate from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where they are currently studying Business Administration and Management. Adila also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from National Chengchi University and has completed exchange programs at Università Bocconi and the University of California, Berkeley. At UC Berkeley, they were a team leader for the Postal Vault Business Simulation Competition.
