Jessica Vo

Jessica Vo is the current People Operations Lead at Framework. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources/Operations Manager at Alan AI from February 2022 to September 2022. During their time at Alan AI, they improved employee engagement and satisfaction by partnering directly with the C-Suite to recommend and develop an employee retirement plan, performance evaluations that recognize top-performers, cultural remote team-bonding events as well as employee engagement surveys. Jessica also analyzed and identified gaps in the recruitment process and interview funnel, and recommended proactive changes to improve time-to-hire by 40% in the first quarter of employment at Alan AI.

In addition, Jessica championed the implementation of strategic talent maps, hiring, and on-boarding processes globally, providing clarity and connection for all roles within the organization and their roles in relation to the company's hiring needs and goals in the US, Russia, and India. Jessica also ensured company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations through consistent research and review of current and new HR policies. Furthermore, they streamlined organizational processes in all departments across the organization by driving the documentation of all departmental processes and creating spreadsheets to provide additional clarity for all relevant partners. Lastly, Jessica developed and generated reports of weekly, monthly, and quarterly expenses to recommend new departmental budgets for proper allocation of company budget.

Jessica Vo earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from UC Irvine. Jessica holds certifications from LinkedIn in Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees, Human Resources Foundations, and Human Resources: Payroll. Jessica is also certified by the California Department of Insurance as an Insurance Agent (Insurance Producer).
