Jimmy Yang

Jimmy Yang is a Senior Operations Program Manager at Framework. Jimmy has also served as Business Line Director at LITE-ON and Director of Manufacturing at Motiv Inc. In their role at Motiv Inc, they led a team of 12+ veteran professionals for contract manufacturer management, contract negotiation, NPI, quality assurance, SCM, and RMA. Under their leadership, the team was successfully able to launch and ramp up new projects in new CM within six months and bargained down by USD 300K+ on E&O materials and NRE costs with existing CM.

Prior to their work at Motiv Inc, Jimmy Yang served as the Head (VP) of New Venture BU – Sales, Product Development, SCM at Sunrex Technology Corp. Jimmy was also responsible for the "Product Management" Division of Industrial Application BU with AI+Robot / DRAM / Flash Memory product lines at ADATA Technology Co., Ltd.

Jimmy Yang began their career as a Project Manager & IT Professional at IBM and later became the Head of Operations/Account/Plant Management at Foxconn, where they worked for 9 years and 8 months.

Jimmy Yang has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University, a Master of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University.
