Sandy Qualey-Dobson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations. Currently serving as Head of Customer Support at Framework since May 2022, Sandy has also held roles such as Customer Operations Lead and Tier 3 Support Specialist within the company. Prior experience includes significant positions at Spitfire Audio from March 2017 to May 2022, where Sandy functioned as Customer Experience Technical Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Senior Customer Service Representative. Sandy's career began with roles at London Eye Hospital Pharma and London Eye Hospital, transitioning from Executive Assistant to New Patient Manager. Additionally, Sandy worked as a System Designer at Bang and Olufsen of Richmond. Educationally, Sandy holds a Master’s Degree in Music Theory and Composition along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Computer Sound Design, both obtained from the University of Surrey.
