Kim Otten is a seasoned digital consultant and marketing expert with over 15 years of experience in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions, specializing in customer loyalty solutions for high-frequency retailers. Currently serving as Strategy Director at Move, Kim focuses on mobile technology and customer journey engagement. Previously, Kim held various roles at IceMobile, including Head of Digital APAC, where they established the Hong Kong office and significantly grew its presence in the region. Passionate about female leadership, Kim founded the Women’s Leadership Initiative at IceMobile to mentor future female leaders in the digital consulting industry.
