David Florence

David Florence serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Frampton Construction since October 2025, focusing on strategic growth, advanced manufacturing, market exploration, client strategy, and organizational development. Prior to this role, David accumulated over 25 years of experience at Gray Construction, where positions included Executive Vice President of Quality and Managing Director, playing a pivotal role in establishing Gray Integrated Services of Europe from 2020 to 2024. David also held various leadership roles at Gray, including Vice President of Pre-Construction Systems & Services and Director of Pre-Construction Services, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing pre-construction processes and project management. Earlier in the career, David worked in healthcare construction with Spectrum Contracting Services and gained architectural experience at James W. Potts Architects, Terry B Simmons Architects, and Cravens & Associates. David holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky.
