Blen Yohanis

Blen Yohanis currently serves as a Sales Lead at francesca’s® since August 2022, managing cash register operations and engaging with over 250 guests daily, achieving error-free sales of $3,500. Prior experience includes working as a Guest Service Representative at Target from August 2019 to August 2021, where Blen excelled in processing returns and enhancing customer satisfaction, while also promoting store credit memberships. Additionally, Blen was a Senior Intern at Urban Alliance from August 2017 to June 2018, with roles at Hilton Headquarters and Goodwin House, and is currently a REL ABI Intern at Navy Federal Credit Union since January 2023. Blen completed Project Management training at Year Up and continues education at Northern Virginia Community College.
