Kathryn Alpha possesses extensive experience in management and guest services across various industries. At Walt Disney World, Kathryn served as a Guest Services Manager, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and managing a team to uphold Disney standards. Subsequent roles include Manager at maurices, where Kathryn built a store from the ground up and ensured high customer satisfaction, and Manager at Starbucks, where operational efficiency and superior service were prioritized. Kathryn transitioned into corporate roles as Area Manager for Bravo Foods, being responsible for staff training and business strategy, and as HR Manager at Total Wine & More, overseeing HR functions and employee relations. Currently, as Boutique Manager at francesca’s®, Kathryn drives sales and develops team capabilities while maintaining a positive work environment. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of New Orleans.
