Creative Project Manager
February 2021 to November 2021
Lead and execute day-to-day activities of the Creative and Brand teams to ensure seamless workflow and creative execution excellence.
Define project scope and objectives, oversee and organize workload and budgets across projects, forecast resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Bring together all the pieces in building out the project: copy, wireframes, UX, illustrations, and designs for review and approval.
Gatekeeper and point of contact to help manage communication flow across teams and stakeholders.
Hold internal teams, freelancers & partners accountable for delivering on project plans, and staying on top of all timelines and budgets throughout the process.
Manage all brand initiatives within the company’s project management software to make sure all tasks and projects are up-to-date daily and that all changes/updates are tracked within the system.
Responsible for project kick-off process and making sure all teams have been aligned on brief before creative production begins.
Create and enhance processes, protocols, and workflows to improve team effectiveness and efficiency. Own process to ensure all creatives are aligned to stakeholder feedback.
Manage timelines and creative deliverables. Conduct regular status reporting. Traffic creative once finalized to media/marketing and product teams for launch.
Curator of all creative files and deliverables on the shared directory.
Ensure legal and regulatory approvals.
Assist with creative production such as copy adjustments to layouts, resizing/cropping artwork.
Assist with web production on the marketing website through the company’s content management system to stand up landing pages and add/edit content.
Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple departments on an ad-hoc basis.
They are on a team with Gabriela Ramirez - Graphic Designer/Illustrator, Ammy Song - Director of Creative Services, and Edward Rojas - Video Editor. Creative Director reports to Eduardo Matos, Senior Creative Director.
