Nigel started their career at Cornucopia Capital, where they worked as an analyst. Nigel then moved to Solent Capital Partners Ltd, where they were responsible for investments in the leisure sector. In 2012, Nigel joined Franchise Brands plc as a Non-Executive Director.

Nigel Wray was educated at Stowe School before going on to study Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography at the University of Southampton, where they were awarded a BSc with a 2:1.
